HUMAN NATION

Their music is diverse and exciting, drawing on the samba of Brazil, urban funk, a touch of Americana and the straight ahead bebop sounds of jazz. You’ll hear the influences of Pat Metheny, Tower Of Power, Steely Dan and Miles Davis.
Much of the music is composed by Adam Levine but in the course of a performance compositions penned by Brett Mitchell and Bill Wingfield are sure to be heard as well.
In 2009 the group quickly became a local favorite and has an ever-growing loyal fan base. They have performed at most of the major wineries in the area, the Clubhouse in San Luis and held down a steady twice a month gig at Café Vio in Paso Robles where they packed the place and played to very enthusiastic crowds. They are currently appearing regularly at D’Anbino Tasting Room in Paso Robles every first and third Wednesday of each month to standing room only crowds.
2011 will be the year that Human Nation hits the road performing in venues beyond the central coast. A CD is being planned for release.
